We offer mod cons like great beds, 100% cotton linen, wireless connection, plasma TV etc, but there is no concierge service. It's like living in Sydney, Bondi Beach as a local. And we think a much better way to really see a place. Rates: Rates vary due to season and length of stay. Also the rates are sometimes very low as we offer a last minute deal or to fill a gap in bookings or due to cancellations. Is it a hotel? No it's not. It's an apartment which you get an experience to live like a local.
