1920's bungalow located in historic 5 points in huntsville, alabama. the house was completely redone in 2004 with new sheetrock, hardwood floors, and new glossy black refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. the exterior was painted a moss green with a brick red door in 2004. the house is frame construction with a crawl space. it has gas heat and central air. ceilings are 9' and there is picture type molding at the top. many of the windows have the original antique glass. master bathroom shower and bath surround was retiled in 2005 with glossy white tiles. bathtub is the orginal castiron, porcelain tub. includes washer and dryer if needed. a screened in porch was added on to the rear portion of the house in 2005. the porch is built on a slab and includes a ceiling fan,electrical outlets, and locking dog door. electricity was installed in the outdoor shed at the back of the property in 2005. the entire back yard is fenced in with chain link fence and is very private. there is also a covered porch which extends along the front of the house. willing to negotiate with real estate agents.
