The living room has a very comfortable sofa with two armchairs, a 32 inch flat screen TV, a DVD player and a stereo system. A desk is available for your laptop usage. There is a broadband internet connection and a regular landline phone. Laptop connection can be by cable or wireless. The apartment has central heat and A/C. Access is by lift and the building security is very complete. The building and its street location make for a very quiet apt.
