We live in Florida, this is our Sydney home. We will be visiting it at least once every year. It is a wonderful location to access all of central Sydney's attractions. The apartment is 8 years old and spacious (110 sq m - 1200 sq ft). All furnishings are new as of 2008. There are two balconies, one accessible from the living area, the other from both bedrooms. The master bedroom complex has a very comfortable USA king-size bed, a walk in closet and a bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two large single beds and ample wardrobe space. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination. There is a laundry sink adjacent to the washing machine. The large kitchen area opens into the living and dining area. All of the major appliances (washer, dryer, oven, cook top, microwave and dishwasher) are Miele. The counter tops are granite. The kitchen is fully equipped to service 6 people. The living room has a very comfortable sofa with two armchairs, a 32 inch flat screen TV, a DVD player and a stereo system. A desk is available for your laptop usage. There is a broadband internet connection and a regular landline phone. Laptop connection can be by cable or wireless. The apartment has central heat and A/C. Access is by lift and the building security is very complete. The building and its street location make for a very quiet apt. The Sydney casino (Star City) is across the street and the Casino's Light Rail station and bus stop are the closest public transportation locations. However, with this superb location it is possible to walk to all of the central Sydney attractions. There are 2 good supermarkets within a 5 minute walkand there are at least half a dozen eating places closer than the Darling Harbour restaurants.
