There is a 10:00 pm noise curfew as other people have often travelled a long distance to get here and very often have a long way to go the next day. Offensive language is not tolerated. Smoking is strictly prohibited internally however balconies are acceptable. Ashtrays are provided and smokers are asked not to throw cigarette butts from the balconies. Children are not to play on the stairs or be left unattended in apartments. Ball games and bike riding are not permitted within the building or common grounds at any time. Repairs, Breakage or Damage should be reported promptly so it can be rectified before the next guests check in.
