We live in Florida, this is our Sydney home. We will be visiting it at least once every year. It is a wonderful location to access all of central Sydney's attractions. The apartment is 8 years old and spacious (110 sq m - 1200 sq ft). All furnishings are new as of 2008. There are two balconies, one accessible from the living area, the other from both bedrooms. The master bedroom complex has a very comfortable USA king-size bed, a walk in closet and a bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two large single beds and ample wardrobe space. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination. There is a laundry sink adjacent to the washing machine. The large kitchen area opens into the living and dining area. All of the major appliances (washer, dryer, oven, cook top, microwave and dishwasher) are Miele. The counter tops are granite. The kitchen is fully equipped to service 6 people.
