To secure a booking, a 20% deposit is required within 24 hours of booking request. Balance of payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. Payment via credit card can be made with Mastercard or Visa. Please note Amex and Diners Club are not accepted. Payments made via credit card incur a 1.76% fee for domestic cards and 2.76% fee for international cards. Payment via direct deposit is encouraged. Bank account details are provided upon booking. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 60 days prior to the commencement of your booking will have deposits refunded. For cancellations made less than 60 days before the commencement of booking, the deposit will be forfeited if the property cannot be relet for the reserved time. For cancellations less than 30 days prior to the commencement of the booking date, there will be no refund. To be entitled to a refund, cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds cannot be made to credit cards. A cheque may be issued or funds can be direct deposited into an account less all credit card fees and a $25.00 administration fee. A charge will occur to overseas accounts. Rules Five night minimum stay applies. Rates are subject to change without notice. The number of guests staying in the property is not to exceed the number booked. Very strict fire laws in Australia determine the maximum number of people allowed in a property. We appreciate that the property will be returned to us in the condition presented on arrival. At all Century 21 properties, we hold your credit card as security in the event there is any damage or excessive cleaning required in the property. The fee for excess cleaning if required is $650.00. Breakages or damage not caused by normal "wear and tear" will be charged to your credit card if necessary. These details are requested to be provided as security for the property in the event of damages, breakages and excess cleaning. Entry to the property is not permitted until your credit card details have been provided to us. No responsibility is taken for personal items left on the premises during or after departure.
