This is a private sale so you are saving around 21,000 euros which you would otherwise have to pay an estate agent! Beautifully renovated 16th century gite complex in a courtyard set in lovely large mature gardens with heated pool. 1.5km from a small town with all amenities & schools. Close to Lac de Guérlédan in Central Brittany. When we bought the property in May 2003 it needed a lot of TLC to bring it up to a reasonable standard! The larger gite had a new roof and 4 walls plus 3 trees and a garden inside! This was completely renovated in 2003/4 whils the smaller gite was completely gutted and renovated in 2007 and both have been newly decorated throughout for 2010. The property is being sold as a successful gite/B&B business with its own web site. It generates a comfortable income - we are fully booked once again for the 2011 season. The farmhouse has been completely revamped over the years and, for example, now has a real cook's kitchen with bespoke Chesnut units and quality appliances, and benefits from oil-fired central heating. All the rooms are very spacious and the bedrooms are all good sized doubles. We have used it very successfully for B&B accommodation but stopped doing so in 2009 due to our decision to change direction.
